Dr. Todd Spicer is from NEWPORT BEACH and serves the communities of Costa Mesa, Irvine, Newport Beach, Corona Del Mar, Fountain Valley as well as NEWPORT BEACH.  Born and raised in So Cal, he played sports and surfed growing up.   Awarded a full scholarship to play baseball for the Hoosiers at IU.  He tore the ligaments in his elbow which ended his baseball career and transferred to SDSU.  Graduated SDSU with honors.
